With this charger cable you can get power for your iMac, Mac Pro or your Apple monitor if you have thrown away the original cable or it has broken. The iMac power cable is made of soft rubber and fits nicely in an iMac, Mac Pro or Cinema/Thunderbolt Display, where the original power cable sat.
This power cable is only suitable if your computer has an internal power supply. This means that if the original iMac power cable had a large box in the middle, as for example some notebook PCs have, this iMac/Mac Pro power cable will not work.
