Q: When do you send the orders?

Every weekday, orders are sent at 10:00 a.m. Weekends and public holidays are not sent.

Q: Do you have a physical store?

No, we don't. See if you want. pick-up item.

Q: Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can. Simply complete a regular purchase where you select "pickup" as the delivery method. As soon as your order is packed and ready for pickup you will receive an email with more instructions on address and time.

Be sure to check your spam inbox in case you haven't received any emails after 1 business day.

Q: How do I return/exchange an order?

You must return the goods as cheaply as possible with the same carrier with which you received the goods. Otherwise, contact us and learn more.

It must also be clear why the item/order is returned.

Q: The product is defective, what do I do?

Q: How much are the shipping prices at?

Goods are sent as letters, through Post Danmark, this is the way we can guarantee you the best delivery time at the cheapest prices. Because we send most orders as letters, you also get them even if you are not at home, which is always an advantage. Most mailboxes are too small to receive a Magsafe or mobile battery, so you still need to pick up these items at the post office or be at home; the vast majority is delivered in the mailbox. We don't give student discounts on Magsafe's, but everything else.

Q: I get an error message on my device when I use the charging cable.

If you get the message "The accessory may not be supported" or "This cable or accessory is not approved and may not work with this iPhone" it is because there is dirt and dust in the charging input of your device. It can be easily read - follow our guide here

Q: Recycled packaging?

Slyly sends orders in recycled packaging. That's because it saves on nature, to throw away envelopes that are fully functional, we have previously had this feature as an option in the shopping cart, but have replaced this with the fact that you can't choose it from. We get many fully functional second-hand envelopes in the door, so we've decided that they shouldn't be wasted, as simple as that.

Q: What if I want to bring an English or American adapter?
