This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how Mackabler.dk i/s ("Mackabler", "us", "our", "we") collect and process information about you. 

The Privacy Policy applies to personal data that you provide to us or that we collect through Mackabler's website, mackabler.dk  ("The Website").

Mackabler is the data controller for your personal data. All inquiries to Mackabler can be made via the contact details listed in section 7.

What personal data do we collect, for which PURPOSES AND legal basis for the processing

When you visit the Website, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the Website, e.g. about the type of browser you use, what search terms you use on the Website, your IP address, including your network location, and information about your computer.

The purpose is to optimize the user experience and website's function, as well as conduct targeted marketing, including retargeting via Facebook and Google. This processing of information is necessary for us to serve our interests in improving the Website and to show you relevant offers. 

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

When you purchase a product or communicate with us on the Website, we collect the information you provide yourself, e.g. name, address, email address, telephone number, method of payment, information about which products you purchase and may have returned, delivery requests, and information about the IP address from which the order was made. 

The purpose is that we can deliver the products you have ordered and otherwise fulfill our agreement with you, including in order to manage your rights to return and advertise. Information about your purchases can also be processed tolegal requirements, including for accounting and accounting. Recipients of Personal Data

Information about your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, order number and specific delivery requests is passed on to PostNord, DAO, GLS or a carrier responsible for the delivery of the purchased goods to you. In the case of purchases of unstocked goods, the said information may be passed on to the manufacturer or seller of the product concerned, who in that case will be responsible for the delivery.

Information may be left to external partners who process the information on our behalf. We use external partners for, among other things, targeted marketing, including retargeting, as well as for your assessment of our company and products. These companies are data processors and under our instructions and process data for which we are the data controller. Data processors may not use the information for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreement with us and are subject to confidentiality. We have entered into written data processing agreements with all data processors who process personal data on our behalf.

Your rights

In order to create adevice around the processing of your data, we, as a data controller, must inform you of your rights. 

Right of access 

You are entitled at any time to ask us for information about, among other things, what information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, what categories of personal data and recipients of information may be required. information on the source of the information.

Right of rectification

The right to limit processing to storage  

In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data to storage only, e.g. if you believe that the information we process about you is not correct.  

The right to data portability 

In certain cases, you have the right to have personal data provided to us by you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer that information to another controller.

Right of opposition 

You have the right at any time to object to our processing of your personal data, for direct marketing purposes, including the profiling carried out in order to target our direct marketing.

You also have the right at any time, for reasons relating to your personal situation, to object to the processing of your personal data that we make on the basis of our legitimate interests in the light of our personal data. 2.1 and 2.3.

The right to withdraw consent 

You have the right at any time to revoke any consent you have given us for a given processing of personal data, including for the profiling carried out by you as a member of the customer club. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please contact us at [email protected].

The right to appeal

Deletion of personal data

Information collected about your use of the Website is as referred to in Article 11(2) of the Basic Regulation. 2.1. deleted at the latest when you have not made use of the Website for 1 year. 

Information collected in connection with your registration for our newsletter will be deleted when your consent to the newsletter is withdrawn, unless we have another basis for processing the information. 

Information collected in connection with purchases you have made on the Website as referred to in Article 10(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003 section 2.2 will, as a rule, be deleted 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which you made your purchase. However, information may be stored for a longer period of time if we have a legitimate need for longer storage, e.g. if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended, or if storage is necessary for us to meet legal requirements. Accounting material is kept for 5 years until the end of a financial year in order to meet the requirements of the Accounting Act.


We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational safeguards against the accidental or illegal destruction, loss, alteration or deterioration of personal data and against the disclosure or misuse of personal data.

Only employees who have a real need to access your personal data to do their job have access to it.
