A MicroUSB-to-Lightning connector allows you to borrow one of your friends' chargers, even if they're not in favor of Apple and iPhone. You'll be able to connect your iPhone 5s to one of the popular charging connectors for Android and Windows phones. Or do you have a speaker with 30pin input (the port that's on the iPhone 4s and earlier)?
