HDMI to VGA cable - 1,8m
With this cable you can connect your device with HDMI to something with VGA.
The cable is passive and therefore does not work with all setups - see caveats below.
The cable is 1.8 meters long.
This adapter cable works for computers that have an HDMI connector, which you can convert to a VGA connector with this cable - VGA is what you normally use for external monitors and especially projectors.
You should be aware that this cable does not work for all VGA connectors, as the connector is actually a bit odd. VGA is only analogue while HDMI is only digital, therefore it shouldn't work, but it still does in some cases if your VGA device sends/receives digitally through VGA. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to check in advance, so you will have to try it out, but you can always return the cable, as you have the right of return.
The cable does not support sound for the simple reason that the VGA connector does not support sound. If you must have sound, the monitor you use must support it, and then you must use an additional cable for it. Such a cable is most likely a Mini Jack cable, but it varies greatly from TV to TV and from monitor to monitor. However, Mini Jack cables are very cheap.
