If you have an older - but certainly good-sounding and well-playing - sound system with a 30-pin dock for the first iPhone or iPad models, then here is a simple solution to be able to connect an iPhone or iPad with a Lightning port.
The cable goes from a Lightning plug to a 30pin female on a 14 cm cable.
NOTE: Does not work with all devices, as Apple changed their 30pin connector at some point.
