With this converter it is possible for you to turn high quality HDMI into s-video. For example, if you have an old TV that does not have HDMI input and therefore cannot use your computer to play movies or anything else on your TELEVISION, this converter is possible.

The converter is installed in between computer and television, where there must be a regular HDMI connector between the inverter and the computer, from the inverter you can now put a regular scart to phono cable which connects to your television.
A scart to phono (RCA) cable is the cable which at one end has three wires in yellow, white and red which provide video and stereo audio.

This allows you to play video from your computer on your TV, among other things. It also means that you can now connect PlayStation, Xbox and other game consoles to your TV even if it doesn't have HDMI input.

The adapter is running on power and must therefore be plugged into the socket using the supplied power cable. The converter has an HDMI input port and a phono (RCA) output port.

The adapter itself is black and made of aluminum, making it neutral in appearance.

The package that you receive includes the inverter itself, a power plug and a detailed manual.  

Among other things, the converter can be used with a perfectly normal HDMI cable and also adapters from HDMI.
