Which devices can I use a Connectech Magsafe 1 45W for?

The Magsafe 1 45W charger is designed to supply power to MacBook Air 11 and MacBook Air 13. This means you can use this Connectech Magsafe 1 45W charger for all MacBook Air 11 manufactured from 2010 up to and including 2015.

For the MacBook Air 13, it applies to all MacBook Air 13 produced from and including 2008 up to and including 2015. For both, it applies that the versions from 2012 to 2015 require a Magsafe to Magsafe 2 adapter.

Always remember to ensure that your MacBook can get enough power from a 45W Magsafe 1 charger. A Magsafe 1 45W charger can be used for other MacBooks that require more watts, but it is not optimal for this.

What advantages does a Connectech Magsafe 1 45W have?

A Connectech Magsafe 1 45W has the advantage that it delivers the same as an original Magsafe 1 45W charger from Apple does - it just does it at a much better price.

Apple is known for their products to maintain a certain quality, but you also get to pay for the name and logo if you buy an original Magsafe 1 45W charger instead of a Connectech Magsafe 1 45W charger.

This charger has the new L plug and not the old T - i.e. the one in the picture. But it works with both - i.e. both Macs with the T and L connector.
